This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit leadlauncherhub.com, use our survey & qualification tools, or engage our B2B lead generation, IT staff augmentation, and custom technology services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information: name, company name, business email, phone number, and any details you submit through our contact form.
Business information: industry, lead volume needs, budget range, and project details you choose to share.
Newsletter: the email address you provide if you subscribe to our updates.
Survey & qualification tools: the survey is anonymous — the behavioural answers carry no personal data. We only collect your name, phone, or email at the end if you choose to opt in to be contacted, and only with your explicit consent. For our IT/SaaS tool, this may also include your general business region (e.g. India, US/Canada, UK/Europe, GCC) to help route your enquiry appropriately. Some tools also record which link or QR code you arrived from (a non-personal source tag) so we can understand which channels are most useful — this tag never contains personal information.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected automatically via analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

To send updates and insights only if you have opted in — you can withdraw at any time;
