Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Welcome to Lead Launcher Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our survey & qualification tools, and our services, including B2B lead generation, appointment setting, market intelligence, digital campaigns, CRM integration, IT staff augmentation, and custom technology services (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Lead Launcher Hub provides:

  • Lead Generation Services: qualified B2B lead delivery, appointment setting, market intelligence, and customer-acquisition campaigns;
  • IT Staff Augmentation: provision of pre-vetted technology professionals on a contract or project basis;
  • Custom Technology Services: software, web, and application development, including design, development, deployment, and support.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target market, and requirements;
  • Respond to leads, candidates, or project communications in a timely manner;
  • Comply with all applicable laws when using leads, contacting prospects, or engaging talent we provide;
  • Make agreed payments on schedule.

3. Lead Generation Terms

Leads delivered are qualified against criteria agreed at the outset of the engagement. Where a delivered lead does not meet the agreed criteria, we will review and, where applicable, replace it under the engagement terms.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Our Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific lead volume, conversion rate, return on investment, revenue, deal size, or timeline. Any figures, ranges, or examples shown on our website or materials are illustrative only and are not commitments. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, and how leads are followed up.

5. Qualification & Survey Tools

Any qualification or survey tools we provide, built on the PIQ System™, produce indicative qualification guidance and decision support only, based on the answers provided. They do not constitute financial, credit, investment, insurance, educational, legal, or other professional advice, and they do not make lending, underwriting, enrolment, or eligibility decisions. For regulated sectors (including BFSI), the client or agent using the tool remains solely responsible for regulatory compliance, suitability, and all final decisions. Scores and persona labels are internal sales-enablement aids and should not be treated as assessments of an individual's creditworthiness or character. For our EdTech tool, any "commitment" or "churn-risk" indicator is intended only to guide follow-up tone and cadence, and is not an assessment of a learner's ability, intelligence, or character.

6. IT Staff Augmentation Terms

Augmented staff are provided to support your projects under terms specified in the relevant agreement. You are responsible for the day-to-day direction of augmented personnel. Confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, and non-solicitation terms will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.

7. Custom Technology Services Terms

Custom development engagements are governed by a statement of work defining scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and intellectual-property ownership. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Changes to scope may affect timelines and fees.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees, payment models (including retainer, project-based, or pay-per-lead arrangements where offered), and billing schedules are specified in your engagement agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and the PIQ System™ (PIQS) methodology, is the property of Lead Launcher Hub and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement and to use it solely for delivering or receiving the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Launcher Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement under the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Fees for Services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
