1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Lead Launcher Hub, a business entity operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website at leadlauncherhub.com, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or engaging our services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of India, including those of the State of Maharashtra.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

Lead Launcher Hub provides B2B lead generation, appointment setting, market intelligence, digital campaigns, CRM integration, and related services ("Services") as described on our website. The specific scope of Services, volumes, pricing, and deliverables shall be agreed upon in writing (email, proposal, or service order) prior to commencement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

Important Policy

3. Lead Replacement & No-Refund Policy

3.1 Lead Quality & Replacement

We are committed to delivering verified, qualified leads that meet your agreed Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). In the event that any lead delivered is determined to be of poor quality — including but not limited to:

Incorrect or non-existent contact details (bounced email, invalid phone number)
Leads that clearly fall outside the agreed ICP without reasonable matching criteria
Duplicate leads already in your database at the time of delivery
Leads from businesses that have ceased operations at the time of delivery

— we will replace such bad leads with qualified alternatives at no additional charge, subject to the conditions in Clause 3.2.

3.2 Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests must be submitted in writing to leads@leadlauncherhub.com within 7 calendar days of lead delivery
You must specify the reason for each disputed lead with supporting evidence (e.g., bounce notification, LinkedIn screenshot)
Leads are not replaceable on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction, inability to close, or changed business strategy
Replacement leads will be delivered within a reasonable time, subject to availability
A maximum of 20% of total delivered leads per order may be disputed for replacement

3.3 Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Lead Launcher Hub are final and non-refundable. Once a service order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or business priorities
Partial utilisation of delivered leads
Failure to close sales with delivered leads
Delay in internal follow-up
Dissatisfaction with conversion rates (unless our lead quality guarantee applies, in which case replacement — not refund — is the remedy)

Our sole remedy for lead quality issues is replacement of non-qualifying leads as described in Clauses 3.1 and 3.2. This policy is consistent with the nature of our services as a digital data and service delivery business under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Payment Terms

All service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST where specified; otherwise GST at prevailing rates will be added
Payments must be made via the agreed payment method (bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway)
Late payments may result in suspension of service delivery
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) or such currency as mutually agreed

5. Client Obligations

To enable effective service delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business, ICP, and goals
Respond to our communications in a timely manner
Use delivered leads only for lawful business purposes in compliance with applicable laws
Not resell, sublicense, or share delivered lead data with third parties without our prior written consent
Comply with all applicable privacy laws when contacting delivered leads, including the DPDPA 2023

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, methodology documents, and service processes — is the intellectual property of Lead Launcher Hub and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

Lead data delivered to you is licensed for your use only. Ownership of our proprietary methods, sourcing processes, and platform remains with Lead Launcher Hub at all times.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service engagement. This includes business strategies, pricing, lead data, and customer lists. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Lead Launcher Hub's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service order giving rise to the claim
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, revenue targets, or conversion rates from delivered leads
We are not responsible for outcomes arising from your sales process, pitch, or follow-up strategy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Launcher Hub, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of delivered leads, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 15 days' written notice. Termination does not entitle the Client to any refund of fees already paid. Lead Launcher Hub reserves the right to terminate services immediately for material breach of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Pune, Maharashtra.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters not resolved through arbitration.

12. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at leadlauncherhub.com/terms-of-service.html with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
